How do I attache analysis service db file

When i am trying the attach Analysis service db file (MDX Step-by-Step.abf)
bu running the below commnand

<Restore xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/analysisservices/2003/engine">
  <File>C:\Microsoft Press\MDX SBS\Setup\Analysis Services\Mdx Step-by-Step.abf</File>
  <DatabaseName>MDX Step-by-Step</DatabaseName>
  <Security>IgnoreSecurity</Security>
</Restore>

Error i am getting is

The following system error occurred:  The system cannot find the path specified. .
Backup and restore errors: File 'C:\Microsoft Press\MDX SBS\Setup\Analysis Services\Mdx Step-by-Step.abf' specified in Restore command is damaged or is not an AS backup file.
