why this popup shown "A specified communication resource (port) is already in use by another application" ?

I've updated my wp8 to wp8.1, then whenever i try to run my project the popup with message "A specified communication resource (port) is already in use by another application" is shown. I'm using "VS 2012 ultimate". how can i solve this............

Same here, after I updated my device to windows phone 8.1, I can not debug windows phone 8 project on device
