Whether facebook website APP need to be submitted for review for posting on the wall by other users who has looged in except the app owner
Since if am the app owner i could post to my wall
but if i had logged in with other user (not a owner of the app) it shows the error as
The user hasn't authorize the application to perform this action

Shall i need to submit my app for review?
