how to insert items on datagrid combo box column

Hi, I have a problem loading values to a combo box on a datagrid column, my datagrid has the following combo box for category and i want it to be populated when entering new row. my primary use for the datagrid was just to input data on it and save it on a database. not for viewing. tnx in advance.. sori for my bad english.
