how to fixed combo box on datagrid view particular cells ,and add rows automatically drop down list in vb6.0

Dear sir,
i have designed project in vb6.0 with ms-access2003 database format,my project requirement is data save through in datagrid,but condition of rows suppose i have entered 3 operations on textbox entry.
so automatically 3 rows inserted blank in datagrid view then save.

Before save some colums fixed drop down list (combo box ) data contain define.
