Order by Count Down Timer

Hi I would like a count down timer that resets at 4pm monday to friday counting down until 4pm the next day (5 days a week). Plus on friday after 4pm it counts down to 4pm the next monday.

Ie order by 4pm for next business day delivery - 5 days a week. Can anyone help?
