How do I fix logoff fully in the wellknown example of Gina

Dear, System programmers!

I have example of "Customizing GINA Part 2" from here:

It will not work correctly if I do logoff for logged user (The wellcome dialog or logon dialog are not showing after logoff);

Please help.
