Hiding and changing other applications window

Hi everybody,
I want to start an application (Deep Freeze) from my application and I want to control it. Such as when the Install Window (I used command lined parameters to silent install) shows I want not to show it.
Again when installed, by right clicking on the system tray icon a dialog box appear. I want to change the dialog box title and picture too. I think a CBT hook can do the task for me, but it wont. Have you any suggestion or reference?
