How do I Visualize CSV File?

I have a windows form application.In first form, I take a BLG file and convert it to a CSV.It's being created at the same path with BLG. In second form I take this CSV that I created and then give it to a datagridview as a datasource.Right now what I need is, I have to show the results of this CSV's at a chart.I'm really confused and need some help.Thank you for your helps.
