I tried the mystic filter, and gazing at my crystal balls but I can't figure out which technology/language you are asking this about. Without this, admittedly easily overlooked, information we can't help you.

Tab control and menu bars (in most technologies) are different controls and should not be use as one another. Pick and choose between the two (based on your requirements).
