How to add custom prerequisite using install shield 2013 LE in window applications?

I have created window application and created its set up using install shield 2013 LE.
Now this set up runs very well in all operating system except windows 8..I got a solution of installing "AccessDatabaseEngine" exe file before installing my set up
Now i want to add "AccessDatabaseEngine" exe file as a prerequisite in install shield only for users who are using windows 8
How can I achieve this?

There is an option of adding predefined prerequisites but not custom

A simple Google search gave me help and video pages - you should try the same...

Thanks but i searched a lot..There is a option for predefined prerequisite but not for custom prerequisites.
