How do I construct a flyout with an Input field in Windows Phone 8.1

I am trying to implement a flyOut with only 1 Input field and 1 button to enable users to enter a new value and click on the button to save it. However, WinJS.UI.Flyout isn't supported in Windows phone 8.1.

How can I work around that?
