The compiled Word protection tool doesn't unprotect

I downloaded the Compiled Binary Word Protection tool and locked some files using it. However, I am not able to unlock the same files using the same password. One of my colleagues tried it in his system, and he was able to unlock the files using the same password. So, I'm not sure what the problem is here.

Can anyone help?
