How to send barcode number from windows mobile CE 6.0 device to desktop pc VS project

I have downloaded Barcode Reader VS 2008 project and i am using dll in Windows Mobile CE 6.0. device This project scans the barcode and display barcode number in textbox. My requirement is that, i want to send this barcode number to VS project that is running on Desktop pc. How do i do? Please help me.

Use sockets, i.e. network connection.
