POS printer print issue with Crystal Report

I am giving print command from my code to printer which is POS printer with roll paper.But my print receipt start by skip start 4-5 line blank and incomplete report print.
For second time when i am giving print command that previous incomplete message will print first then second report contents which is also incomplete. what should i do.
