How Do I Attach The Datatable Values To Textbox Columns In A Grid View Dynamically

Hello

1)I have 11 textbox columns in a grid view(for editing). I want to attach data to the grid in these textboxes from a datatable (we generate this datatable based on calculations) dynamically on the press of a button. There is an employee id and another unique key in each row to uniquely identify these rows.

2) After that, i also want to save all the values from the grid(these row-wise textboxes)

Any help would be highly appreciated
