How do I create asp.net websites without starting from scratch

I am about to start a new project where in I am thinking to develop asp.net website from scratch.. However, I had heard of the templates available so we do not need to work hard on creating asp.net websites from 0 level. I am about to develop a asp.net website to automate working pattern of abroad sending consultancies.. In my research, I found out that templates are only available for designing websites. Is templates available for logic of the software as well because I could not get such templates????

On going to file/New websites/Asp.netwebforms, i get required pages like about out, contact us. But plz do not refer this to me.

How can i work on key requirements without starting from scratch for asp.net website?? Anyway, thanks in advance...

You may want to check out some content management system (CMS) for ASP.NET, such as Umbraco[^]

thanks for the link peter. I guess Umbraco and any other CMS reduces the need of heavy design.. My need is to focus much on server side coding and business logic instead of design to reduce such tier being written from 0 level..
