Please I need to embed an Organiser in my ASP.NET Web Forms Website, that can allow users manage their to do lists, and tasks and then the calendar app will send users a text message to their phone when it's 5minutes to the event. I want it to work exactly like the google calendar...

What do you mean "how". You can do it by doing appropriate software development work. Any concerns about that? :-)
