how to make easily to find which field updating on oracle with java?

i want to that when user updating a field, getting old value and new value to keep log.Oracle has (:old.value and :new.value) and i can this code on update/insert trigger. But i want to keep user ip address on log table. So i have to make it with java code.I can't ip address on trigger.how to find easy way updating field on oracle with java?
