930502 - scollbars of my view are disabled

i wonder why scrollbars of my view appear, but are disabled. how can i make my view's scrollbars act properly like other views?
click on scrollbars are received by my view instead!

i found the reason: i had to change class name of my view from Static to Message when creating it.
