Sending several item from DDL to controller in mvc5

Hi,

I have a DDL that I fill it from my Course table.

I want give this opportunity to my Students to choose several course item from DDL .Each time any user choose item from DDL ,I want to show item under the DDL and after he/she choosed several item ,they could via click Send bottum, send all ltems to courseChoosed table and revcieve message .

Anybody could help me? I use Asp.net MVC5 with C#.
