How Do I Resolve Publish Site Issue

I have a 2 adapters on my server is used one 1 ip address. 192.168.100.3 for application /web site 192.168.0.24 This adapter is the one used in my internal LAN and for internet access. Whenever I select the main on locally 192.168.100.3 I can access my application on server browser when I login from public Ip 37.216.193.142" i cannot access the application/site http 403 forbidden error I need help in resolving this. Thanks.
