It gives me intersecting triangles with a regular triangulation. I have 2 questions a) is this possible? b) How can I remove intersecting triangles? Question a) Seems to me logical with human sense but what is with question b)? Is there a library that can do regular triangulation with any weights, for example random weight and without any interseting triangles and how would it done? Remove the intersecting triangles? It can be a lot of work to detect it. Thank you!

Your question does not make a lot of sense. Nor have you indicated what (programming) language you are using. Have you done any research and tried anything yet?

What do you mean it doesn't make any sense? When you have a regular triangulation with weights is there a triangulation such that there is no intersecting triangles ALWAYS possible? Without weights that's easy.

That has nothing to do with programming. If you want help with mathematics then this is the wrong place.

I think it's a programming question. Anyway I think I solved the problem.
