How auto refresh grid when insert new data in mvc

i want auto refresh my grid when my employee in my project insert new data.
for exmaple i manager and open grid page . my employee in other room insert new request. i want see new request without refresh.

if you want to do this without refresh then you may need real time web library like ASP.NET SignalR[^]
