How to join two tables having no common columns in sql server 2008

Hello, can anyone say how to join two tables without having no common fields in the both tables.
I tried below given links but there is a error, initially it executes successfully but later on it shows too many lines :
Msg 217, Level 16, State 1, Procedure Pro_Combine_Dept_Location, Line 25
Maximum stored procedure, function, trigger, or view nesting level exceeded (limit 32)
and the links are

both links executes success starting but after that it shows compiled with errors.

I need the output like that please help me.

Please check the below link for better understanding and have to analyse your function for nesting.
