ssis is not working on windows server 2008 machine

Hi all,

i have created the package on windows xp machine working fine. Later i have moved to windows server2008. i am getting the below error..

[SSIS.Pipeline] Error: component "ADO NET Source" (1) failed the post-execute phase and returned error code 0x80004002

colud you please any one help me how to reslove this error.
