Do you mean ASP, or ASP.NET ? Either way, this is a lot of work, you basically have to open Excel sheets on the server, show them in a web UI, put changes back into the document and save it. Why would you want to do such a thing ? What's the use of having a UI that lets you edit documents that live on the server ?
