Error 12002: This product is not licensed to perform this operation

Hi,

I am getting "Error 12002: This product is not licensed to perform this operation" error on windows stand-alone application exe file.

I have used a third part controls like Crystal reporting, and Socket tools on this projects.
and I have used the informix db through the VPN connection.

I hope this error due to the Socket tools. Since I have used licensed version.

This program is running in a development system and some of testing system without error.

But I am getting this error on Client system.

The technical support says like

When you compile your program, the runtime license key associated with your serial number is embedded in the executable. You need to make sure that you're compiling your application on the system that the product was installed on. Try reinstalling SocketTools on the build system with your serial number, and then recompile your program.

But I can understand that, because that exe of the setup is running my testing system also.

Anybody can help me to troubleshoot this problem.
