error while running the ssis package

hi everyone,

i am new to ssis, when i was running the ssis package it is showing the below error.

[SSIS.Pipeline] Error: component "ADO NET Source" (1) failed the post-execute phase and returned error code 0x80004002.

can anyone please help me how to reslove this issue
