How I Can Add Resources In Qt

hi myfriends
i have a qt project and i want to add a directory to my project that i can save pictures.
i mean i want to have 4 directory headers, sources , forms, resourcse.
but bydefault there is just 3 directory : headers , sources , forms .
how can i add the directory resources.
please tell me.
