Sql Server 2014 installation error

hi,
I have been trying to install sql server 2014 for many days now but have not succeeded yet.
I have sql server 2008 R2 Express edition installed on my windows 8.1 and after removing it i am trying to install original sql server 2014 but receiving the error.

en_sql_server_2014_developer_edition_x86_dvd_3938200\resources\1033\setup.rll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.Error status 0x0000020.

After i click "ok" on this dialog i receive another error message.

This sql server media does not support the language of OS or does not have the sql server english language version installation files.Use the language specific sql server media or install both the language MUI and change the format and system locales through the regional settings in the cotrol panel.

The issue is that you are not reading the message, "contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support". We are not support people for Microsoft products. You need to contact Microsoft customer support people.

You are trying to install a SQL Server version which is not supported on your system due to Windows language reasons.

Either:
- change your regional settings to English (US)
OR
- get the SQL Server media corresponding to the language of your actual OS

And, if neither of both above statements is applicable, then you should contact Microsoft's Customer Support.
