PGP Encryption assembly required

Anyone know from where to download PGP Encryption assembly/DLL that can be referenced in C# code for further customization. I have found a similar kind of assembly provided by BouncyCastle but I am not sure whether to use it or not.

Please do let me know from where i can get either an assembly or Source code for the same.
