How Do I Work With Git In Visual Studio 2010

Hello all
I am new to GIT (just installed :) ). I have VS2010 installed on my machine, How can I work with it now.
I have team of 4 members, how can I bind them under one source control so that each member get a latest copy of a code file before make changes.
