Ajax file upload not working with large size files

in my c# 3.5 project,I used a ajax file uploader using ajax tool kit 3.5.it will upload large sized files in server only.But it will not upload large size files in visual studio and publishing it any other local systems.but it uploaded small size files.please give me any solution for this issue
