how clients sides can get local system via web with wmi ?

Hi i have a problem in wmi . i wrote a web application software with wmi . this program can detect all network clients system information from server or client with input ip or ip range and clients username and passwords .

but i want a menu for localhost detect for clients sides , for example a client operator from her/his pc after click on local host menu the program show her/his pc information locally without input username and password but my program in this mode just show server information system .

so what can i do for clients to get their informations systems locally in client side not in server side in my web application in asp.net
my software is in C#
