Developin Microsoft outlook add in

I am developing a add in for Microsoft Outlook E mails so for that i need to import outlook emails and read their body content and attachments... when outlook user click some button or icon in out look ... and also i need to open some windows applications also when user click that button I gone throw many MSDN examples but i did not get real idea ... so please help me to this I am using Visual studio 2008 :confused::confused:
