Use FileUpload control in Web Server Control

Hello,
I am creating a FileUpload control in Web Server Control and also created a button in ASP.NET. After upload any file when I click the button, I can't find the value of this FileUpload Control.

After postback event of button, the FileUpload control erasing the value.

Can anybody help me.
