Recycle settings in IIS 6

I am trying to implement Recycle in my application due to some memory leakage issue. I am new to this concept and not sure what are the optimal values I need to set.

Recycle Worker Process - ?
Recycle Worker Processes - ?
Maximum Virtual Memory
Maximum used memory

and other options. Can someone please quickly guide me ?

Solve memory leak with working process recycling?! You are not serious!
Start debug you application to find the memory leak and patch it!
