Hi,
I want to open webcam using ms dos and save image in my system using command prompt.

Please provide me a command for that.

You would need to talk to whomever the camera manufacturer is and ask them if they even support DOS. I kind of doubt they do or would.

Actuallyy i want to take pic thru oracle form 10g and save in my system and then save it in oracle database.
that is why i was asking for any command to use web cam using dos command
any help would be highly appreciated

Help with what? Again, you would have to ask the camera manufacturer if they support DOS. Since DOS is ancient technology and was phased out prior to digital cameras, I doubt you will find any DOS command support for your camera. And Oracle is a database and would not support taking pictures either.

MS-DOS was retired years ago and no one supports it any more. There are lots of articles, here on CodeProject, and via Google, that provide tutorials on capturing pictures and videos.
