Please who can tell me the name or id if the cursor used for drawong(figure or shapes) in ms word?

I am developing a drawing application in which users will have to rotate figures,my app loads an icon with id : IDC_NO ,but it turns out that is not the id of my desired cursor.Please who can tell me the id of the cursor that ms word loads during rotation of figures?

Actually I saw that page before making this post,none of the icons described there is my desired icon.
