Solution 1

1. Download MobileWebFromTemplate.zip
2. extract MobileWebFromTemplate.zip and follow the instructions ReadMe.txt
3. open visual studio 2010
4. create new website
5. right click on project->Add New Item->Select Mobile Web Form->Ok
