hi ,in my requirements , ineed to refresh a page.can u provide how to refresh with using jquery and ajax for grails for certain interval time .i had tried <meta> tag for refresh...but its blinking/flickering when refresh.but i dont need to see this blinking ,bcoz its annoying for user to see this refresh
