how to send automatic mail with attachment from database file by system in asp.net ?

I have a form which contains a gridview. That gridview contains daily information of employee's workdone data. I want to send that data's XML sheet and sent it to the Head by system automatically at the end of the day ..please do suggest some way.

I would suggest using the task scheduler and sending the XML file as an attachment via email.
