how can I download sql server 2008 express with tool for windows-XP SP2 32-bit system?

I failed to install SQL Server 2008 express or SQL Server 2008 express with tool,which I downloaded from www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Servers/Database-Utils/Microsoft-SQL-Server.shtml
At first I downloaded SQLEXPRWT_x86.A message appeared during installing time"....,32-bit system is required".
Then I downloaded SQLEXPR32_x86,installing failed message was "need .NET framework 2.0 SP2".But I am using VS.NET 3.5,which included .NET framework 2.0 also(am I wrong?).
Can anyone give me a proper instruction for installed successfully
