i just publish my website and uploaded it and found this error 500 Internal Server Error and my site is working well in local i suggest the error from asp membership configuration in web.config but i can't catch the error till now

An HTTP 500 error is a generic error status. Can you add some details of the exception you are getting i.e. exception type, message and where this is getting raised? Thanks.

Unfortunatley, this won't show you any detail of the underlying exception.
