Add a Custom template to word add-in using c#

Hi All,

I have created a word template (dotx), which is made-up of a number of form fields. Additionally, I have created a Word Add-in that sits in the side-bar of word. Both are made with vs 2012 and c#.

These work fine by themselves, i.e. when I run my executable - I get two Word windows, one with the template, and another with the add-in loaded.

How to make the template and addin word open within a single document,Please provide me a solution.
