I have a site.
I have a subsite in it, in which i created a document library, with another 2 columns namely, 1)Country and 2)City.
I have uploaded some files in it, corresponding to it's country and city.
In the main site i.e., in default site, i want to retrieve that files according to the country and city wise. For this, i want to create, 2 dropdown lists, each for country and corresponding city. and i place, 1 button, bottom to both of them in the default site it's self.
When i click that button, the files are to be displayed in the default site where i want to place it in as a webpart.
clearly, document library is in subsite, and dropdownlists,buttons,displaying files are to be in main site.
so please help me how it can be achieved?
