I publish my asp.net website to localhost successfully, I can open the pages normally, but I have no access to the database I catch the following exception,

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Cannot open database "ltest" requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM'.

I add user and password to the connection, I get this
The SELECT permission was denied on the object 'user', database 'testl', schema 'dbo'.
