Is anonymous logon a Win 2003 security breach?

In the win 2003 security log, I keep seeing this logon:

User: NT Authority/Anonymous
Class: Logon/Logout
Domain: NT Authority
Logon ID: 0x0, 0x51D5ABE6
Type: 3

Does anyone know this is security log means? and if it is an illegal logon, how do I fix it?
