The system should have the following function:

1. The system must use be a client/server based application.
2. The system must have a database to store data.
3. The system must consist of at least 3 modules are:

a. Add/Delete/Update data into a database (1 module)
b. Price Calculation module (1 module)
c. Report generation module (1 module)
4. The system must have the following features:
a. Client/Server based application (choose either TCP or UDP protocol)
b. Multi-threading features.
c. Chatting features.
d. Graphical User Interface (GUI)
